I, Prof. Ashutosh Biswas, Executive Director & CEO of AIIMS, Bhubaneswar. Before joining AIIMS Bhubaneswar I was the Director and Vice-chancellor of Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Patna. I am a clinician (physician) and an expert in infectious disease.
